Banks Fee, Moreton-In-Marsh
AKS Structure working in collaboration with Eva, Historical Bullding Studio and Riviere Interiors for the refurbishment of a Grade Il Listed property in the Cotswold country house kitchen and dining. This includes the removal of a central pillar supporting 1400mm thick stone masonry chimney breast & spine wall.
Key Constraints:
• Grade II Listed building
• Heavy stone masonry structure supports/bridge over to provide open plan layout
• Temporary works & sequence of work to minimise the movement of the structure above
